1. Course MDSG 502 (Surgical subspecialties):
The aim of this course is to reinforce the
knowledge of the techniques of history taking and physical examination that are specific for patients with diseases and injuries to the locomotors system, central and peripheral nervous system and urogenital system and to give the student a basic knowledge in diagnosis and management of conditions within these organ systems. It includes lectures, tutorials, operating room attendance, teaching ward rounds, outpatient clinics and End of Course Examination.
2. 4th year basic clinical skills course in urology (MDIN-‐406):
The course objectives are to teach the students of the 4th year some clinical basic skills in urology (for example: male and female urethral catheterization, digital rectal examination,
examination of external genitalia).

This course of 3 months duration is conducted by the department of Urology for Residents of the Saudi Board in General Surgery and KFU Fellowship Training Programme in General Surgery.
