Worked as a Coordinator for preparatory year program at Qatif community college. Dammam University.KSA.(2011-2015)Tasks accomplished by me during the academic year 2012 – 2013.

-Reviewed the course books and planned the course according to the needs of the students and the specifications given by the University . -Bifurcated the syllabus systematically based on the psychological principles: simple to complex ,and known to unknown, to help the students to learn the language enthusiastically with motivation.
-The course was built and delivered in a very systematic manner by all the teachers of the preparatory year.
-The content was presented in a very systematic manner by all the teachers using power point presentations.
-The work was equally distributed among the lectures in preparing the power point presentations, weekly tests, monthly tests and Final exams for both the semesters. It was thoroughly reviewed and then
administered to the students.
-Guided the teachers to adopted various teaching strategies to improve the standard of students in English Language and achieve the learning outcome.
-Assured that quality is maintained in instruction and evaluation of the
-Prepared a question paper for the Teachers Entrance Exam , interviewed and tested them for English language competency . guided the new teachers, who are teaching the second year courses: English 1,English 2,English 3 and communication skills. I provided them with all the material available, like the models of power point presentation, exam papers and the revision material.
-I advised them to use the technology in teaching the English Language for acquisition of the language faster.
-All the English Exam papers were reviewed for Preparatory year and second year.
-Prepared course portfolio for semester one and two with the support of all the English teachers.
-Prepared and gave hand outs for revision of various topics.--
-The Academic year 2012-2013 was a first time having preparatory year and the objectives were accomplished and the learning outcomes as
expected , now the students have developed communication skills and skill of comprehending the subject matter and they are capable of conveying their ideas by writing.
