Kindly note that the proxy form is not available, pursuant to the Circular of the Capital Market Authority Board, which stipulates that the GAs of the listed joint-stock companies will only be held via modern means of technology, while the personal attendance in such events will be suspended until further notice, in order to ensure the safety of the shareholders in the financial market and within the support of preventive and precautionary efforts and measures taken by the competent and relevant health authorities to address the new Coronavirus (COVID-19), and as an extension of the continuous efforts made by all government agencies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in taking the necessary preventive measures to prevent its spread. It has been decided that the voting and participation in the GA meeting of Fitaihi Holding Group will be through means of modern technology using Tadwulaty System.
The shareholders, registered in the Tadawulaty Services website, will be notified by a text message explaining the mechanism of participation in the deliberations of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of FHG.
