1) IF You were a technician, and you have been asked to do an experiment, examine the tools in front of you then write the Name of the experience , the tools , the Procedure of the experiment , and your observation , result , then draw? ( 2.5 )
Name of the experiment .Prepare blood smear in human body
the Tools Clean slides , 2- Plastic dropper, 3-Nature of the Leishman staining. 4--1 Wooden or metal clamps, 5- metal stand, 6-Distilled water or running water,7 - Light microscope , 8-Alcohol swabs , 9-Pin doubt finger .
Sequence of steps Processing of blood samples-1
2 - Add Leishman staining about 10 to 15 drops and leave it for
10-15 minutes .
3 - Add distilled water drop by drop until greenish metallic scum appears .
4 - Wash the slide with distilled water .
5 - Leave the slide to dry .
Observation – Watch some types of blood cells of different (red blood cells white blood cells .(
Result Blood consists of red blood cells which form the largest percentage about 99% of the total blood cells, but The white blood cell found in 1% of the total blood cells .

1) IF You were a technician, and you have been asked to do an experiment, examine the tools in front of you then write the Name of the experience , the tools , the Procedure of the experiment , and your observation , result , then draw? ( 2.5 )
Name of the experiment Determining of blood type and Rizaus factor (RH)
the Tools Clean slides , 2-Prepared a blood sample and when there was no sample we taken-1
from the finger by Pin. 3- Three detectors(blood antigen) Anti A, Anti B and Anti D Sequence of steps
1 - Get a clean glass slide and write the letters A, B, D.
2-Put one drop of blood in front of each letter of the three letters on the glass slide. 3-Put one drop of Anti A on the blood of the litter A, and a drop of Anti B on the blood with litter B and a drop of Anti D on the third blood drop with the litter D. 4-We are moved every drop with wooden stick or moving the slide in a circular way. 5-wait for one minute .
Observation after 2 minutes +ve result if the blood drop clumped (agglutinated) -ve result if the blood drop appear normal .
Result If there is no clumping in front of A and B, the blood of the species is - 1 O. 2 - If the clumping formed in both A and B, the blood of the species to be AB. 3- If the clumping of blood by Anti A only , it is group A . 4 - If the clumping of blood by Anti B only, it is group B. 5 - For the third drop added to the Anti D if there is clumping , it means that the Rh (+) positive and if the clumping does not appear it means that the Rh negative .(-)
