Electronic Systems (ODUS System) to provide an improved working environment.

First method

Defining score components for each Section

-Enter score components such as (Quizzes, assignments, projects and final test ( from 40)).

-outcomes will be displayed by the link

“ةيئاهنلا تاجردلا دصر”.

-To send score of accreditation, must go to the page " ةيئاهنلا تاجردلا دصر" and click on button “دامتعلال ةجردلا ميدقت”

-You can not enter DN scores from here, but through the link "بايغلاو روضحلا دصر"

when the absence of the student exceeds 20% of the number of lectures.

Second method Inserting final scores

- you can enter the course score directly from 100.

- score can be sent for accreditation here.

-DN score can be entered directly without the need to return to the link “ روضحلا دصر بايغلاو”

It is optional to select the score modification reason from the list in reason column When modifying student score.

If scores were Accredited by the head of department, they are

transferred to the Admissions and Registration this is for all colleges, but in healthy colleges scores sent to Vice Dean for Accreditation.

The Vice Dean Accredit scores or reject them in the same method

In case of rejection by the head of department, the transaction turns

to a faculty academic staff and the process of entering scores available to him to modify scores.

If scores are Authenticated by Admissions and Registration Deanship, they are transferred to academic records.

After a student answer to the questionnaire that evaluate the teacher,

the student can see the final score through his account.
