College of Business

About the Program

The Executive MBA Program at Jouf University has been designed to qualify business leaders in the public and private sectors- administratively, scientifically and in research- according to a study plan and comprehensive objectives that are in line with the National Transformation Program of 2020, and the ambitious vision of 2030. The program also seeks to realize the vision and mission of Jouf University in serving the community through presenting excellent academic programs in line with the best practices in the faculties of Business Administration in the international universities, to keep pace with the contemporary transformations in the various functions of the administration, and to increase the effectiveness of the performance of business leaders in the public and private sectors, and provide them with the necessary skills to achieve the goals of their organizations and lead them to a better future

The Main Objectives of the Program:

The program aims to achieve several educational, research, economic and social objectives, including:

1- Contribute to the realization of the vision of the Kingdom 2030 in the field of higher education to bridge the gap between the outputs of higher education and the requirements of the labor market.

2- Providing a distinguished educational program based on scientific and practical principles in advanced topics in Business Administration.

3- To qualify students in the field of scientific research to improve their research capabilities in various fields of Business Administration.

4- Contribute to the development of administrative thought through preparing qualified administrative leaders in the public and private sectors to solve the administrative and strategic problems, and meet their national needs.

5- Contribute to the community service in Al-Jouf region, and the surrounding areas, and the Kingdom by providing a distinctive educational program.

The program Duration

The time period of the program is two years divided into four levels of study.

The Program Study Location

For male-students; The study is located at the College of Business, main campus, Jouf University

For female-students; The study is located at the College of Business, female campus, Allaqa'et, Sakaka.

The Program Study Fees

20,000 SR (twenty thousand Riyals) is the study fees for the program for each semester

Program Features

The Features of Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Jouf University:

• A distinguished educational program based on scientific and practical principles in advanced subjects in Business Administration, in line with best practices in graduate programs in similar programs in locally and internationally advanced universities.

 It is designed for developing the administrative leaders in the public and private sectors by adopting modern methods of innovation in solving the administrative and strategic problems in various business organizations.

 Various teaching methods from lectures and group scientific discussions, in addition to, research and practical costs of the study in its all four levels, including the research project at the last level.

The Program Plan:

To gain a Master Degree in Business Administration, it is required 48 accredit hours to be completed including the following:

First: Compulsory courses: (39 accredit hours)

Second: Selective courses: (6 accredit hours) Third: The Research Project: (3 accredit hours)

1- Contemporary Management - (3 accredit hours) 2- Marketing Management – (3 accredit hours) 3- Administrative Economy - (3 accredit hours) 4- Administrative Accounting - (3 accredit hours)

5- Research Methodology in Business -(3 accredit hours) 6- Business International Environment - (3 accredit hours) 7- Strategic Management -(3 accredit hours)

8- Human Resource Management - (3 accredit hours) 9- E - Business Administration - (3 accredit hours) 10- Operations Management - (3 accredit hours) 11- Statistics in Business - (3 accredit hours) 12- Brand Management - (3 accredit hours)

13- Financing Companies and Financial Analysis - (3 accredit hours)

14- Research Project - (3 accredit hours)
