1. Open Dubai REST Application and click on Services from the bottom menu 2. Select “Incomplete and Cancelled Projects Committee” to proceed

3. Search for your project and select from the given list 4. Under Buyer Information Request, click on “Update”

5. Read the given steps and click on Proceed

6. Enter your Personal Information either by Emirates ID or click on No to enter details manually 7. Verify your Personal Information and enter the missing information

8. Proceed to Add your Property information

9. Select the type of property and provide additional information about the property 10. Attached the required documents and click on Submit

11. Review your Property Information and click on Proceed. Click on Add More if you want to add more properties 12. Specify the Issue and then submit the application

13. Your request is now submitted successfully.
