A lecture entitled "Project Management and Decision-making" at Al Ain University
Organized by the Deanship of Students Affairs at Al Ain University of Science and Technology, in cooperation with the Business College, a lecture entitled "Project Management and Decision- making" by Mr. Muhammad Lutfi from the Al Husn Gas Co., which included many topics related to the Al Husn gas project Liwa-in Abu Dhabi. It is one of the biggest projects completed in UAE spanning the project over 30 years of study, coordination and implementation.
The lecture was followed by a discussion involving many faculty and students asking questions related to the skills of project managers and decision makers. Dr. Faten Kharbat, a faculty member from the College of Business Administration, has compiled for this presentation to help students to link theoretical concepts to practical exercises on the ground.
