MARIFAH Reviewer / Researcher registration user manual

• This feature allows users to register in the system and apply to become scientific reviewers so that they can be assigned research proposals to review and get compensated for their review and input.

• This document explains all the steps to register in the MARIFAH system and to become a

scientific reviewer. You can access the system through this link: https://e-review.marifah.gov.sa/

and then begin the process.

1-Click SIGN UP

1- Enter national ID /Iqama ID

2- Enter Absher password

3- Enter characters shown

4- Click Login

1- Enter the SMS verification number that was sent to your phone number that is registered in Absher

2- Click Continue

If you did not receive a message to your phone click Resend SMS button, if the timer stops and you did not receive a message, click Start over and go through the process again.

1- Enter your email

2- Enter a strong password that consists of at least (8 digits, capital letters, small letters and a special character such as @, *, &,

#, $, %)

3- Enter the password again

4- Click on Register 5- Check your email

You should receive a

confirmation email to confirm your email address that you registered with:

1- Click CONFIRM EMAIL ADRESS

If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please contact the support at [email protected]

After you verify your email, you should be able to log in using the email and password entered in registration:

1- Enter E-mail 2- Enter password 3- Click LOG IN

1- Click on Apply for reviewer role

1- Click on BECOME SCIENTIFIC REVIEWER

1- Click on COMPLETE PROFILE

1- Enter your work location link from Google Maps.

2- Click on GOOGLE MAPS button to direct you to GOOGLE MAPS

3- Click on your work location in the map

4- Copy the link from your browser link bar

5- Paste the link in the field

1- Fill the remaining fields 2- Click SAVE

1- Go to LinkedIn 2- Go to your profile 3- Copy the link from your browser link bar

4- Go back to the system 5- Paste the link in the field 6- Click UPLOAD

7- Attach your CV in doc, pdf or txt format

8- Click SAVE

1- Click BECOME SCIENTIFIC REVIEWER

1- Fill IBAN Number and Bank account number

2- Click the checkbox to accept the Rules, Conditions and Responsibilities

3- Click SUBMIT

Your profile should look like this, and you should receive an email confirming that your request has been received
