PROGRAM SPECIFICATION
Master of Education in Psychological Counseling
Vision of the program:
To achieve leading and uniqueness in scientific research at the local, regional and international levels in the field of psychological counselling.
Mission of the program:
Qualified researcher with a level of competence and competency committed to ethical standards, who possesses cognitive, cognitive and communicative skills, enabling him to meet the needs of the labor market in the field of psychological counseling.
Qualifying specialists in psychological counseling by providing them with the necessary professional and research knowledge and skills.
Program objectives:
Excellent scientific training for university students who can apply the theories of psychological counseling in the field of education and other related fields.
Prepare the researcher who is capable of scientific research skills, through research which is considered a requirement of the courses and research project presented by the end of the program.
To be able to study and analyze the psychological and educational problems that hinder academic achievement and impede the psychological and social consensus and finding appropriate solutions to them, which helps to improve the outputs of educational institutions and achieve mental health of people in different areas of life

Admission requirements : Program Requirements :
•Attendance: The student is prohibited from continuing to study any of the program's courses and entering the final exam if his absence exceeds (25%) of the total number of lectures and practical lessons, and the field, and is a student in it.
•The student is not considered successful in the course unless he receives at least a good grade.
•The student does not graduate until after the completion of the requirements of the degree, and at a cumulative rate not less than (very good.)

It is an academic program aimed at enabling the student to use the skills of scientific research and its tools to enable him to apply psychological counseling theories in the psychological and educational field, to study and analyze psychological and educational problems and to help deal with them appropriately through:
a. Regularity of study for (4) study levels.
B. The number of units of the program (45) units of study, including in the fourth level research project.
