- Objectives
1. Summary of main learning outcomes for students enrolled in the course.
Every student will be able to:
Examine the patients and make a chart describing the medical condition and if there is any contraindication to deal with the patient surgically
Perform routine simple extraction
Deal with complications if they arise
Classify impacted teeth
Put a plan for their removal
Deal with medically compromised patients and emergencies that might happen in the dental office and they can also detect if there is any problem for patients who are going to have removable
prosthesis and how to prepare them surgically if needed to let them receives dentures in good functional and esthetic condition.
