Completed several courses and workshops in Education and Management in Al Khobar, Riyadh, Dubai, Boston, New Hampshire and Oregon.

Interests are miscellaneous including: Leadership - Management, Strategic Planning, Quality, E-Learning, Distance Learning, Cultural Diversity, Youth and Women's Affairs

Member of the Committee for Updating and Reviewing the IAU Strategic Plan, Head of the Periodic Achievement Report Committee for the Transformation of IAU into the New Universities’ System, Dean of the Deanship of eLearning and Distance Learning Strategic Plan and Member of the Supervisory Committee on the Application of the Provisions of the Universities’ Financial Regulations.

Member of the e-learning Pioneers Program (Leadership Track) at the Universities of Saudi Arabia. A participant and reviewer of the Strategic Plan for English Language Learning, Ministry of Education 2019.

An active participant in community speeches and services, she contributed recently in the symposium of Princess Nora bint AbdulRahman University (Empowering Saudi Women in Municipal Councils between Reality and Future Vision) with a paper titled "Support and Impairment in the Role of Traditional Media towards Women's Participation in Municipal Councils". Selected in 2019 by Taif University as one of the Saudi leading female figures in K.S.A.

Dr. Almahasheer worked as the Vice Dean for Community College in Dammam with the Job Specification and competencies of the deans at the University of Dammam and was also the former Vice Dean of eLearning and Distance Learning (College of Arts).

Furthermore, she is a member and consultant in different committees as well as a Member of the Advisory Board, College of Arts.

She is the Head of the 10^th Standard (Scientific Research) and the 11^th Standard (Community Service) for the requirements of obtaining the Program Accreditation -Department of English, and a Member of the University Committee to complete the requirements of Institutional Accreditation (IAU NCAAA accreditation).

Dr.Muneerah is a member of the program of the (e-learning pioneers in Saudi Universities for the years 2015-2016 leadership track); training Included (178) hours of lectures and online training, (220) hours of meetings and workshops in the United States of America, internship at the University of New Hampshire in Boston and various sessions with the participation of 154 experts and specialists, in addition to training on the Internet through the OLC with a license to eLearning, and Content Optimization License from QM.

Dr. Muneerah Almahasheer is the first female deconstructionist in Saudi Arabia. Her Ph.D. dissertation was titled “Female Subjects in the Poetry of Elizabeth Bishop and Adrienne Rich: A (De)Constructive Reading.” She teaches Literary Criticism and Literature at the College of Arts. In 2017, she became the first faculty to win the College of Arts Excellence Award in Scientific Research (First Place). Her interests in scholarship include National Vision and female empowerment which was presented at the University of Oxford entitled (“Alignment between Female Graduates and Market Needs in Accordance with the Transition Plans for the (2030) Vision in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia”). She is also interested in cross-cultural comparison of post-modern and contemporary literary and cultural movements and she published papers in several journals (Purdue University, Flinders University, Nicolaus Copernicus University). Almahasheer has also directed under the supervision of the deanship of Community Service and Sustainability a study entitled (The Market Audience Research Study “MARS” ) for King Abdulaziz Centre for World Culture (KACWC) Saudi Aramco.
