Committee members and the complaining professor will receive copies of the dean's sanction decision.

DECISION IN FAVOR OF THE STUDENT

Remediation: It is a process, outside the standard course curriculum, designed to facilitate improvement in knowledge, skills and attitude of the underachieving students and bring them to a level of competence expected of students after successful completion of a course. However, when approved, it is mandated to be written into the course specification and announced to the students at the start of the course, and the following criteria must be met. The remedial examination is limited to the written examination included in the course assessment plan (no remediation for the final written examination).

If the percentage of students with grade D/F is 10% or higher in written examination, the course director may repeat this assessment once and the average of the two attempts is calculated to be included in course grade.

ABSENCE AND EXCUSES

Emergency excuses are accepted, such as visiting the police and traffic departments if the student is part of the case. Participation: A student may participate in the presentation of a scientific poster or lecture no more than three (3) times in one semester, and the student must submit a certificate of participation for the excuse to be considered. Attendance: A student may attend one scientific conference per semester, and the student must submit a certificate of attendance as excuse.

Disposable masks must be disposed of after treating each patient or when leaving the clinical areas. Jewelry, including rings, armbands and wristbands, and bracelets and watches should be avoided on the hands or arms, as they prevent adequate hand hygiene, make glove donning more difficult, and may cause increased glove tearing. Alternatively, arm and wrist jewelery and watches should be covered by the cuffs and long sleeves of the protective clothing.

Notify clinical support staff and the clinical instructor immediately to determine how to terminate or suspend dental treatment.
