A portal that provides users with a variety services including:
“Study in Saudi”
The“Study in Saudi”portal provides a comprehensive gateway for students to apply and process scholarships offered by the Ministry of Education and its affiliated institutions for the purpose of studying in Saudi public institutions for higher education, with the aim of making the application process as easy as possible.

If you are already registered click on the Login icon

If you do not have an account on the "Study in Saudi" portal, click on the New User icon.
Choose the type of ID applicable to you and then fill in your details as requested.

Choose your preferred method of receiving the one-time verification code.

Enter the verification code you have received.

A verification code will be sent to your registered email.
After entering the verification code, you will receive an e-mail to activate the username and set the password. To start the process, click on the reset password link.

Applying for a Scholarship
After logging in, click on Apply Now to start the application.

Click on the “Submit a New Application” icon to start applying.
You can also select your desired language by clicking on the language icon at the top of the page.

After clicking on the
“Submit a New Application”
icon, you must agree to the terms and conditions, and then click Save and Continue.

Enter applicant’s details, choose the type of scholarship (internal - external), and then click on Save and Continue.

Enter the applicant’ s address and contact information and
click Save and Continue.
All entered data must be correct and accurate, and if the applicant does not have a Twitter or Facebook account, please write: “Not Available”.

To enter details of your academic qualifications, click on “ Add Qualification” , then click Save and Continue.
If you are an Iqamah holder all your previous academic
qualifications and details regarding previous Qiyas
examinations will automatically appear on the screen.

If you have studied on a previous scholarship, you must enter the ID number associated with that scholarship, then click on
Save and Continue.

If you are proficient in more than one language, provide details under the
“Language Information” section along with specifying your mother tongue and your level of proficiency in each language you know. Then click on
Save and Continue.

Select “ Add University” to choose the University/Universities you wish to receive a scholarship from, then click Save and Continue.

Add the following
documents, keeping in mind that there are two sections for attachments:
1- Required Documents 2- Optional Documents
After completing this step, click on Save and Continue.

After you have provided all the required information you can then review the entire
application on one page. After reviewing it, click
Submit.

After submitting the application, a message will appear stating that the application has been successfully submitted.

When selecting “My Applications”, you will find all applications that have been re-sent to you. If that is the case, then you can make modifications to your application; like changing your contact details, adding more attachments, or even cancelling the application process.
In the “My Tasks” section you will find applications that have not been completed.
Follow Up on Your Submitted Application
This page enables the student to view their Personal
Information, Academic
Qualifications, and Contact Details. It also enables the student to change their
personal contact information.
Student File Page
This service enables
individuals or organizations to sponsor students.

Sponsoring Students
This section enables individuals or organizations sponsoring students
to choose the number of students to be sponsored based on the selected university and the percentage of tuition fees they are willing to pay.

After providing the required information and submitting the application a confirmation message will appear at the top of the page.
Sponsoring Students
The application is then sent to the
University for verification and approval.
