• I promise not to participate in any accelerator or other business incubator or apply to any support counseling programs for entrepreneurs, or any support by financing funds, if I was selected as one of the winners in the competition for 12 months after the result announcement and until the mentorship program is completed. If I would like to apply to any funds or counseling programs, I have to send a written request to the organizers and have written approval.
• I promise to adhere to all regulations of this competition mentioned in this guide, and I abide by all organizers' instructions.
7. Competition Conditions
Participating in the competition is available according to the following conditions :
• Participation in the competition is mainly limited to the University students who are citizens, residents or residents of Saudi mothers. In addition, non-students have the right to participate in groups consisting of University students or individually.
• All applicants must be over (18) years old (according to the Hijri calendar), since the date of applying the nomination online.
• All applicants for the competition must attend all training courses assigned to them (based on the schedule that will be approved by the training team). If the applicant does not meet this requirement, they will be automatically excluded from participation.
• Applicants must have a University degree or diploma or to be students at SEU.
• Owners of existing small businesses can apply to the competition, provided that the business has not been more than two years old, and for those who hold ideas for future entrepreneurial projects.
• All applicants must complete the registration requirements via the competition website.
Online application:
• The online application form consists of five sections, as follows:
• Personal information
• Qualifications
• Information about your future project idea or existing project
• Applicants must complete all the items mentioned above.
• All applications will be subject to a first review by the evaluation committee based on predetermined criteria. The selected project owners will be notified via e-mail, SMS, or both to join the next phase.
• The submitted applications will be subject to a second review and evaluation. Each qualified group will be notified of the result of their applications.
• If the results of two or more applications are equal, an interview will be conducted with the applicants, and they will receive a written notification of the final results.
• (100) applicants will be selected to qualify for the next phase of the competition, (30 to 100) competitors will join in the training and advising program.
By submitting the application, you agree to the following :

• Comply with all stipulated conditions and regulations of the competition.
• If you are selected for the finals and then win the competition, the title and slogan will be placed (Winner of Startup Accelerator for Innovation in eLearning – SEU).
• Adhere to standards and texts determined by the organizers when publishing information in the media - during interviews - via social media.
8. Geographical restrictions
This website is for use by people located within the regions where SEU branches are located.
