1 Geography of Transport and Trade
GEOG 319
The course deals with the geography of transport and trade in terms of its history and its
development over time. It also tackles the most important natural factors affecting the means and methods of transport in their different types, and how to preserve them through the effective human role and modern technology for their development and sustainability, International trade of all kinds.
2 Geography of Population GEOG 428
The course focuses on the geography and importance of population, the difference between it and demographics, the types and sources of population information and its problems, and the identification of population growth rates, natural increase and the theory of demographic transition.
3 Geography of planning and development

The course deals with the natural and human foundations of planning and development. It deals with different planning patterns
(population, urban, agricultural, industrial, mining). And study the development plans in Saudi Arabia in terms of strategies and objectives.
4 Geography of Tourism GEOG 323
The course deals with the analysis of natural resources and the human factors of tourism and how to develop and maintain them to achieve sustainable development by enjoying them and leave future generations an opportunity to enjoy them as well. In addition to the geographical distribution of tourist places in different regions of the world in general and Saudi Arabia in particular, and the impact of the tourism movement on the environment and the social,
