1. Only email addresses from the organization applying for access will be allowed, i.e. email addresses from Gmail, Hotmail, etc. will not be permitted.
2. Mobile phone numbers will only be permitted if the applicant also provides a landline number located at the location of the organization.
3. All applications for individual access to the Aziz HPC systems must be approved by a person within your organization that is authorized to approve applications on behalf of your organization (Such as a Dean, or a Center Director).
4. Passwords will be denied to anyone whose activity does not conform to Aziz Terms of Service referenced in Note 5. Misuse of passwords by users will result in denial of further access to Aziz.

6. All accounts are granted for a maximum of one year and subject to annual reviews thereafter.
