Committee members' Remuneration:
Without prejudice to the relevant statutory requirements and the articles of association of the company, the remuneration of the members of the committee shall be as follows:
1. An annual remuneration of (130,000) one hundred thirty thousand riyals for each member of the committee, in addition to (50,000) fifty thousand riyals for each member of the committee from outside the Board.
Allowance for attending sessions amounting to (3000) three thousand riyals for each member of the committee.
