Please note that, the proxy form will not be attached or available here, as Saudi Cable Company’s Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, shall be held remotely on line via means of modern technology, so as to ensure the safety of the shareholders at the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul). This is within the efforts in supporting the precautionary and preventive measures by the competent and relevant health authorities to address Corona virus (COVID-19), and as an extension of the continuous efforts that taken by all government authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to take all the necessary preventive measures to prevent its spreading. The voting shall be via means of modern technology via Tadawulaty services, provided that the registration using Tadawulaty services is available for free for all Shareholders.
