This analysis is prepared based on a survey designed specifically to analyze the Results and Analysis of Community services provided by Civil Engineering program for the academic year 2021-2022.

This survey is using the five-point scale (Likert scale). In addition, the mean and rotation are calculated for each statement and all three aspects. The range (approval level) is determined based on the weighted average as follows:

The results summarized in the above table show that70 % of the employer are satisfied with the first aspect of the

survey About “ Community services provided by academic program ”. The overall weighted average is 3.51 , which means

that the grade of employer satisfaction is " High”.
