1 General Introduction to law: this course treats the main principles and concepts of law. it treats also the main institutions of law.
2 General theory of obligations: this course gives a detailed explanation of the obligations (definition, elements, and legal effects).
3 Electronic commerce law: this course treats the legal framework of electronic commerce. It treats specially the concept of electronic exchange and it makes student understand the legal tools of a correct electronic exchange.
4 Computer and information security law: this course treats the subject of computer and informatics security and specially the legal aspect of informatics security.
5 Informatics and telecommunications law: this course concerns the legal framework needed for the use of informatics tools. It concerns also the treatment of the legal instruments of the use of informatics and telecommunication means.
6 Human rights: this course treats the study of human rights especially the internal and the international legal framework concerning the implementation and the protection of human rights.
7 Human rights and data protection: this course treats the protection of human rights through the use of informatics tools and the use of Internet. It concerns the study of the legal framework related to the protection of personal data when they are treated by informatics tools.
8 Contracts and international arbitration: this course concerns the treatment of the international contracts (definition, elements, specificities, execution…). It treats also the international arbitration (definition, characteristics, mechanisms and relation between international arbitration and internal arbitration).
