Article 4 (before amendment)
The company may participate in other companies, and it may establish companies on its own with limited liability or closed joint stock, provided that the capital is not less than (5) five million Saudi riyals.It may also own shares and shares in other existing companies or merge with them. It has the right to participate with others in the establishment of joint stock or limited liability companies, after fulfilling the requirements of the regulations and instructions followed in this regard. The company may also dispose of these shares or shares, provided that this does not include mediation in their trading.
Article 4 (after amendment)
