Subscription Policy
General Rules
• Upon filling and submitting the subscription data, the subscriber agrees to the instructions of this policy which is considered valid and effective immediately.
• Registration in the program does not mean final acceptance in the current offering of GTEL Expo, and we may transfer the subscription to the next offering.
• SEU may document the activities of the subscriber and/or republish some aspects of it on SEU media.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Ethics
• Commitment to public morals is required, and respect for the opinion of others is essential for the success of GTEL Expo.
• The subscriber is obligated to perform all the required steps imposed by SEU to publish the required content for the booth on GTEL Expo platform.
• Adhere to the instructions regulating the GTEL Expo, and GTEL Expo supervisory committee has the right to exclude any subscriber who violates the instructions.
Copy Rights
• All GTEL Expo information, materials, documents presented during the GTEL Expo are considered the property of SEU, and the subscriber has no right to print, copy or publish it in any way unless received written permit from SEU.
• The university may conduct opinion polls for the purpose of evaluating Expo, and the subscriber may not print, republish, or photocopy it.
Obtaining the booth assignment at GTEL Expo
• The subscriber will receive an email with instructions on how to register an account on GTEL Expo platform to pick the booth style and model according to the selected size in the subscription form.
• The subscriber is obligated to follow the instructions for successful GTEL Expo participation.
• The subscriber is obligated to attend the booth for an active participation during the designated business hours of GTEL Expo.
• In order to participate in the launch of the expo the attendance on the first day is mandatory and it is not permissible to delay or miss first the day.
Policy definitions:
• In this policy (SEU) is the Saudi Electronic University, (GTEL Expo) is the virtual expo hosted online via a platform by SEU partner, and the (Subscriber) is the company/entity purchasing a booth subscription at GTEL Expo.
