Support for Research and Scholarly Activity

According to the AAU research strategy and policies, there are three types of support:

1. Research grant funding: includes seed funds where a faculty member can apply through stated channels and using the appropriate forms (see AAU policy and procedures

manual).

2. Research incentive scheme: includes awards up to 10,000 AED to each publication indexed in Scopus databases.

3. Grants for Scientific conferences: includes travel and registration fees funding (up to 10,000 AED), if the faculty member satisfies all requirements as per the AAU policy.
