World Braille Day under the slogan "Together we create the future"
The Deanship of Student Affairs at Al Ain University (Al Ain Campus), in cooperation with the College of Communication and Media, organized an event entitled "Together We Create the Future" on the occasion of World Braille Day.
Prof. Ibtehal Abu Rezeq, the Dean of Student Affairs, welcomed the guest, Mr. Mohammad Turki Al Mansoori, who uses the Braille language, and thanked Dr. Khawla Al-Takhaina, a member of the Central Community Interaction Committee in the Deanship of Student Affairs, and the attendees for interacting with the activities organized by the Deanship with the colleges, including the College of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences.
In turn, Mr. Mohammed Turki Al-Mansoori talked about the Braille language and the difficulties facing its users and how to overcome them. He also applied a live example to the audience on how to write and read on the Braille device. The students interacted with the lecturer and asked him a number of valuable questions.
