Goals Objectives
G1: Conduct and develop distinct academic programs
1.1 Develop academic programs in areas of high demand.
1.2 Post-baccalaureate in Special Education; other programs could be proposed or recommended by respective divisions.
1.3 Develop programs to assist juniors in transitioning to the second half of their undergraduate experience.
G2: Attract a world-class and diverse faculty members
2.1 Identifying, recruiting, and retaining exceptional faculty, with special emphasis on increasing the numbers of staff members.
2.2 Encouraging and supporting faculty mentoring
2.3 Establishing classroom teaching assignments that are competitive with peer institutions G3: Encourage the excellence of
