Ket qua cho thay: Mpt sd yeu td nguy cd den rdi loan lipid mau d tre em beo phi 6-10 tuoi la BMI trung binh cua bo me; bd, me co bieu hl?n thira can, beo phi; Tinh each 3n udng hau 3n, Sn v3t, 3n nhanh, Sn nhieu, Sn tru'dc khi di ngii ciia tre beo phi; Sd thich an uong thffc an beo ciia tre beo phi;.
Tre beo phi co thdi gian ngii dem it hOn nhUng lai cd thdi gian ngii trUa nhieu hdn nhom binh thu'dng.

SUAAMARY:
SOME RICK FACTORS OF DYSLIPIDEMIA AMONG OBESITY SCHOOL CHILDREN FROM 6 TO 10 YEAR OLD AT SOME PRIMARY SCHOOLS OF
HANOI CITY IN 2012
The research aimed to identify the some nsk factors of dyslipidemia status of obesity school children from 6 to 10 year old at some primary schools in Hanoi city in 2012. A case-control study was conducted with involvement of 119 obesity school children and 121 normal school children of some primary schools of Hanoi City from November, 2011 to July, 2012. The results show that: Some risk factors of dyslipidemia of obesity school children from 6 to 10 year old were:
average BMI score of fathers, mothers; signs of overweight and obesity of fathers,mothers; eating behavior of obesity children such as greedy, junk food, over eating, earting before go to bed, and interests in fat food., and prevalence of less time of at night sleeping but more time of at noon sleeping In obesity children was higher than that in normal children.

II. OOI TUONG VA PHUONG P H A P NGHIEN COU:

Tre 6 tuoi den dffdi 10 tudi: Tre dffdc xac dinh cd roi loan ehuyen hda lipid mau khi cd rdi loan theo ngffdng cao > I c h i sd lipid mau:
cholesterol toan phan, LDL-C, Triglycerid, HDL-C.

Trung binh ciia HDL-C d nhdm beo phi ed rdi loan lipid mau la 45,9 mg/dl thap hdn nhdm ehffng ia 58,2% mdt each co y nghTa thdng ke (p < 0,001).

IV. B A N LUAN:
Qua nghien CUXJ cua chiing tdi cdn thay rang BMI trung binh cua tra va me d nhdm beo phi cd roi loan lipid mau Ian Iffdt la 23,2 va 22,08 cao hdn BMI trung binh cua bd va me d nhdm chutig la 21,8 va 20,9 (p < 0,001). Ty le me thffa can beo phi d nhdm beo phi co roi loan lipid mau la gan 27% cao hdn gap ruBi so vdi nhdm chirtig vdi 0R=2,1 (p < 0,05). Rieng vdi ty le tre beo phi CO xo\ loan lipid mau cd cha me ( ^ u thii^a can beo phi la 26,9% cao hdn gap 5 lan nhdm ehffng, OR = 7,05 (p < 0,001). Nghien cffu cua tac gia Novaes va cpng sff cung cho thay ty le beo phi 6 tre cd the giam dang ke nhd vao sff tSng nhan thiTc ciia bo me ve che dp dinh dffdng day du va hdp ly.

V. KET LUAN:

STUDY MRI FEATURES OF LUMBAR DISC HERNIATION IN HOSPITAL OF POST AND TELECOMS
Objectives: Analyse the MR Imaging features of lumbar diseal hernia.Subjects and Metiiods:
retrospectively study of 223 cases having diagnosed of lumbar disc hemiation on MRI in Hospital of Post and Telecoms, from Jan 2011 to Mar 2012 In onjer to analyse the MR Imaging features of lumbar hemiation.
Result: the average age Is 47,57 ± 12,38. Lumtar disc hemiation Is usually seen at single level (43,4%) or double level (41,3%), majority in L4-L5 (46,3%) and L5-S1 (37,8%), relation with disc degeneration at the same level. Hemiation usually occur posterioily (98,8%), most of hemiation are subligamentous (78,2%). Moreover, associated lesion can be seen such as vertebral, ligamentous, articular degeneration or spodylolisthesis, lumbar stenosis...C(7/TcA/s/on;The MR imaging features play an important role In diagnosing and staging of lumbar disc hemiation in order to give an suitable treatment.
