Bdi bdo ndy gidi thiiu mgt sd kit qud ddnh gia qud trinh sdn xudt vgt chdt hihi ca trong qudn xd sinh vgt bdc thdp d hi sinh thdi biin ven bd ddng bdng Bdc Bg trudc vd sau khi cd dgp thuy diin Hda Binh. Kit qud cho thdy: 1) Do viec dieu tiet nude cua ddp thuy diin Hda Binh nen lugng nude do ra biin qua 9 cira sdng cua h$ thdng cua song hinh phiu Bgch Dang vd chdu thd Sdng Hdng dd bi thay ddi ddng ke. keo theo Id su suy gidm nguon dinh dudng vo ca hoa tan (P. N.' Si) trong nude viing bien ven bd dong bdng Bdc Bg tir 33 din 47% so vdi trudc khi ed dap; 2) So vdi thdi ky trudc khi cd dap, cdc dgc trung cua qud trinh sdn xudt vdt chdt hihi ca trong qudn xa sinh vdt ndi d viing bien bi suy gidm c& 38-80% trong mua mua vd 34-70% trong mua kho.
Abstract
IMPACTS OF HOA BINH HYDROELECTRIC DAM ON COASTAL ECOSYSTEMS IN RED RIVER DELTA
This paper introduces some results of evaluation for organic matter production in plankton communities of coastal marine ecosystems in Red river delta before and after the Hoa Binh hydroelectric dam construction. The results showed:
1) Because of water regulation of Hoa Binh hydroelectric dam, the amount of water flowing into the sea through 09 estuaries and river mouths of the Bach Dang estuary system and Red river delta has been changed significantly, associated with the depletion of dissolved inorganic nutritions (P, N, Si) in Red river delta coastal waters from 33 to 47%
compared to the time before dam construction;
2) Compared with the period before dam construction, the characteristics of the organic matter production process in plankton communities in the waters has been reduced 38-80% and 34-70% in wet season and dry season, respectively.

1. PHirONG PHAP VA TAI Llf U Stf DVNG 1.1. Sff b$ phu-ong phap

Dac dilm nay phu hgp vdi phan bd ndng do cac ylu td dinh dudng.

KET LUAN
1) Trong so cac dieu kien mdi tnrdng dugc xem xet trong nghien ciiu ndy (nhiSt dp, biic xa, cac mudi dinh dudng), vai trd cua cac chit dinh duong vd co dugc thi hien dac bi^t rd vd Id nguyen nhan ca ban lam biin ddi qua trinh san xuit v^t chit huu ca trong quin xa sinh vat ndi tai vung biin ven bd ddng bing Bic Bd. Biin dgng ciia cac yeu to dmh duQfng d day ngoai nguyen nhan tu nhi^n chi phdi cdn cd mgt nguy6n nhdn rit quan trgng la do boat dgng ciia ho chiia thugng ngudn dieu tilt lupng nude do ra biin qua cac ciia sdng.
2) Do vi?c dieu tiet nude cua ddp thity dien Hda Binh dan din s\r suy giam so vdi trudc khi cd ddp ndng do ciia tirng lo^i mudi dinh dudng hda tan trong nude vimg hiln ven bd dhng bing Bac bd tir 33 den 47%, k^o theo la ^u suy gidm timg dac tnmg rieng biet cua qud trinh san xuat vat chit hQna co tii 34 den 80%.
