ABSTRACT:

This research is to explore, measure, lest casual relations and assess the impact of work environment and work-related stress on job satisfaction, commitment to the organization and the intention to stay of the information technology's staff . The results show that the working environment has a direct positive impact on the job satisfaerion. the commitment to Ehe organization and the work-related stress directly and indu-ectly affects the intention to stay through the job satisfaction and the commitmeni to the organization factors. Work- relaied stress negatively affects the job satisfaction and the commitment to the organization, and indirectly impacts the intention to stay through tthe job satisfaction and the commitmeni to the organization facotrs. In addition, the job satisfaction positively and indirectly affects the intention to stay through the commitment to the organization factor
