Abstract: The survey of up to 200 respondents was conducted, including: 50 instructors at training facilities: 50 labour administrative managers; 100 learners who used to and have been taking car driver training courses in Thua Thien Hue. In general, the quality of driver education has been established, depending much on factors such as Instructors, Managers, facilities. Curriculum, Training Objectives, Training Management, Service provision and Financial Administration. Besides, the study also indicated the differences the results of the quality evaluation of driver skills based on the assessment of three groups of survey respondents. The study adopted some analytics too/s such as Cranbach's alpha. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), regression analysis and ANOVA analysis in order to quantify the impact level of different factors on the car training quality in Thua Thien Hue.
