The study is conducted to find out the impact of the components of service quality on patients' satisfaction with private hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City. Research results show that Reliability, Empathy, Assurance, Tangibles, and Responsiveness have positive effects on their satisfaction;
in particular. Reliability and Empathy are the most influential factors.
