Viin Dupe liiu (TS. Nguyin Duy Thuin, CN Ngd Vin Trai) cung cap, dupe khoa Tii nguyin - Viin Dupe liiu xic djnh tin khoa hpc v i luu.

Sau khi thu hii, re ciy dupe dem nJa sach, siy khd d 70°C, tin nhd.

Chuin bj miu nghien ciru:

- Dupe lieu da lim nhd dupe chiet bing methanol, eat thu hdi dung mdi d i p suit giam, hda ein vio nude thu dupe cao toin phin 1:1 (tinh theo dupe lieu).

- Hda cin djch chiit toin phin vio nude, dem lie vdi eic dung mdi cd dp phin cue ting din: n-hexan, elorofomn (CHCI3), ethyl acetat (EtOAc), butanol (BuOH). c i n eua eie phin doan trin dupe pha trong dung djch HPMC 3% tarde khi cho chudt udng.

Chudt nhit tring chung Swiss ca hai gidng, khde manh, trpng lupng trung binh 18 - 22g, do Viin V i sinh Djch t i Trung uang cung cip. Chupt dupe nudi 3-5 ngiy trude khi lim thi nghiem tai phdng thi nghiim bd mdn Dupe ly trudng Dai hpc Dupe H i Ndi. Chupt dupe cho an thirc an chuin do Viin V i sinh Djch te Trung uang cung cip v i udng nude tu do.

Phuang phap nghien cu>u

Phuang phdp ddnh gid tdc dung ha glucose huyit trdn chupt gdy tdng glucose huyit bdng streptozocin (STZ)

Chupt nhit tring sau khi dugc nudi dn dinh glucose huyit trong diiu kien phdng thi nghiim 3 - 5 ngiy, bj ting glucosse huyet bing cich tiim ming bung STZ 1 liiu duy nhit 150mg/kg pha trong dung djch dim citrat (pH: 4,5-5). Djnh lupng glucose huyet sau 72h, lua ehpn nhCrng con cd glucose huyet ting cao >10 mmol/l v i chia thinh eie Id.

Cho chupt udng thude, danh gii tic dung ha glucose huyet ciia cie Id nghien eiru bing phuang phip so sinh gii tri glucose huyet tai thdi diem torde v i sau khi udng thude. Song

Qua nghiin eiru thuc nghiem tren md hinh chupt giy ting glucose huyit bing STZ, ehiing tdi riit ra mdt sd kit luin sau:

1. Cin djch chiet toan phin r i ciy chdc miu trong methanol vdi lieu 0,69g/kg v i 3,50g/kg chupt, d thdi diem 4h sau khi diing thude, diu ed tie dung ha glucose huyet vdi % ha glucose huyit tuang irng l i 41,11 v i 37,56.

2. Cic phin doan dich chiit:

- Cin djch chiet trong phin doan hexan v i trong ethyl acetate diu cd tic dung ha glucose huyet vdi eie lieu v i tai cie thdi diem nghien ciru. & thdi diim 2h v i 4h, ein dich chiit trong n-hexan cd tic dung manh cin djch chiit trong ethylaeetat.

- Cin djch chiet trong phin doan eloroform (0,034g/kg) v i butanol (0,021g/kg) khdng cd tic dung ha glucose huyit d thdi diim 4h sau udng thude.

Summary

The methanolic and some organic-solvent extracts from corresponding fractions (methanol, n-hexan, clorofoc, ethylacetat and buthanol) of the plant roots administered orally were evaluated for hypoglycemic effects In mice with Streptozotocln-lnduced hyperglycemia. The blood glucose levels were measured before and several times after the extract administration by a glucose meter (Johnson & Johnson). Methanolic extracts lowered the glycemla In comparison to the initial levels. The organic extracts (n-hexan and ethylacetat) showed hypoglycemic actions 2hs and 4hs after administration. The effects of n-hexan extracts were stronger than that ol ethylacetate ones (P<0.05).
