Abstract

Thispaperindicatestheeffectofthecuttingfbrcein machining processesonCNCmachines experimentally measured by KISLER, a cutting force measuring device. Indeed, it introduces the graph used to evaluate the machining errors on a 3-axis CNC milling madiine, and the mathematical model of neural network that demonstrates the machining errors in each cutting mode. By using this mathematical model, we can predict and evaluate the machining errors. The findings open upapromising research trendand the ability to apply to pradice to reduce the machining errors by compensating for them directly in NC programs.
