This research examines the brand value and factors affecting the brand value of Dong A Joint Stock Commercial Bank (Dong A Bank) as building a good and valuable brand is always an important task to enhance competitiveness for any businesses. This research finds that there are 5 groups of factors affecting the brand value of Dong A Bank including brand awareness level, service quality, brand loyalty, brand association and brand image; these factors are listed in descending order accordmg to the influencing level. Based on findmgs, the research proposes a number of recommendations to enhance the brand value of Dong A Bank.
