ABSTRACT

Characlcristics polymorphic D-loop area of woIf-Iike dog breed applications for variety selection

Tho study wa.s carried out on 300 tissue samples from wolf-type individuals, including 140 males and 160 females. The ro-^uHs show that the high-polygon wolf-shaped D-loop region has 36 nucleotide modification positions in the sequence of male models and 30 nucleotide conversion po- sitions in the sequence of female models. The majority of changes are T-C or G-A conversion, only a few G-C transfiguraHon changes (HapD22, Hap D13); G-T (Hap D l l ) ; A-C (HapD28), Genetic distance between haplotypes of study samples ranged from 0.0% to 3,3%. In 59 H a p is formed there is no H a p that carries a single vanahon of an individual. Genetic distance between HapD20 and 12 males and HapC3, H a p C l S with 24 females is the highest (3 3%). The results show that this breed has a verj' high genetic diversity, thereby fadiitating the seleclion, development and breed this d o g .
