1. Cac loai thudc tuyen d l tuyen noi bun than

Diiu ki$n thi nghiem: Cdc thi nghiem dup'c tuyen mdt lan duy nhdt tren may tuyin noi phdng thi nghidm. Cac dilu ki^n thi nghiem khdc nhu sau: d p thuoc 1 ldn; dung tich ngan may tuyin ndi blng 1 lit; thd'i gian khuly tilp xuc: 3 phut; thd'i gian gat bpt: 5 phut

Cich xu ly so lieu: cac san phim than sgch va da thai cua tCrng thi nghiem dup'c sly kho, can xac djnh trpng lup'ng mlu va lly mdu phdn tich dg tro Hi$u qua tuyin eua qua trinh thi nghiem duac ddnh gia thdng qua cde thdng s l sau: than sach ed dO tro (A) nhd han 15-17 %, ddng thd'i cd thu hogch (y) vd thue thu (e) chip nhan dugc. Da thai cd do trp tren 80%.

3. K i t qua thi nghiem

3.1. Ijwa ehgn hon hgp thuoc tuyin mdi dieu che Thulc tap hg'p d l tuyin than Id thudc tdp hg'p khdng cyc, khdng tan trong nudc. Vi vay d l giam chi phi thulc trong qua trinh tuyin nli biJn than, thudc tdp hg'p dup'c dung d" dang nhu tuang.

Trong qua trinh tuyen noi bun than phai chudn bj h5n hp'p thulc tuyin d dang nhu tuang d l su dung true tiep. Hon hap thulc ndy bao gIm thudc tap hap, thulc tao bot va mdt phin nhd hap chdt on dinh nhu tuang.

Ldn lup't phoi trdn cdc loai thulc tap hap, thude tgo bot, vd cdc chit phu gia khac d cdc ty Id va thai gian khuly tgo nhu tuang khac nhau. O moi ty le vd thdi gian khuly nhit d|nh se tao ra mdt hin hap thulc tuyin. Sau mdt thd'i gian nghien cuu nhan thdy cac thudc tuyin A2, H2 va H29 cho kit qua tuyin tdt han va I n dinh han cac loai thuoc khdc. Sau khi da tim dup'c ba loai hdn hp'p thulc tuyin trdn da tiln hanh nghien cuu cac thi nghiem dilu kien sau:

<• Thdi gian I n djnh nhu tuang cua hdn hap thulc sau 10, 20 vd 30 ngay;

• Thi nghidm xdc djnh ndng dp pha rin t l i uu cua bCjn tuyin nli;

• Thi nghiem xac dinh ehi phi t l i uu cua hdn hap thulc;

• Thi nghiem gat bgt phdn doan va d p thude phan doan.

Tu cdc thi nghiem tren da tim ra dug'c cdc dilu kien tdi uu nhu sau:

• Sau khoang thdi gian 30 ngdy cac hdn hp'p thulc tuyin tren vdn I n djnh,

• Ndng dp pha rdn cua bun tuyin ndi tli uu khi tuyin vdl hdn hap thudc A2 vd H2 Id 80-^120 g/l, edn khi tuyin vdi thulc H29 Id 80-220 g/l;

• Chi phi hon hp'p thudc tuyin A2 va H2 tdi uu Id 1000^1200 g/t, cdn thudc H29 Id 600H^1200 g/t

• Tai gia tri tli uu tren thu hoach, dp tro vd thye thu cua than sach khi tuyin vdi thudc tuydn A2; H2 va H29 lln luot la: 74,49 %; 15,55 %; 95.24 % va 74,59

%; 15,65%;95,54%vd75,12; 15,19;95,7% _

•> TCf cac thi nghiem tren nhan thiy thulc H29 cho kit qua tuyin tdt nhit.

3.2. Kit qua thi nghidm so sinh vdi thuoc tuyin nhap khau

Di cd t h i xdc dmh tinh hi$u qua cua hdn hap thudc tuyin mdi chl tao so vdi thuoc tuyen cua QiJic va Trung QuIe (TQ). Da tiln hdnh thi nghiem tuyin nli trong phdng thi nghiem vdi eac loai thulc tuyin mdi dilu chl A2, H2, H29 vd thudc tuyin nhap khdu d cung dilu kien thi nghiem. Kit qua thi nghiem vdi cac loai thulc tren d cung dilu kidn: chi phi hon hp'p thulc 1200g/t; ndng dd pha rin eua bun tuyin nli lOOg//, duae t h i hien d H.2.

4. K i t lugn

%, sau khi tuyin blng hdn hp'p thulc mdi chl tao da thu dup'c san phim than saeh cd dp tro tCf 15-H17 %, vdi thu hoach vd thuc thu than sach tin lup't Id tu 74-^77 % va td- 94-=-95 %. Ddng thdi dd thai cd dp tro tren 80 %, cd t h i thai bd.

• TCF kit qua thi nghiem da tim ra dugc chl dp cong ngh$ tuyin t l i uu vd'i hai hdn hap thulc tuyin A2 va H2 la: chi phi hdn hgp thulc 1000-5-1400 g/t; ndng dp pha rdn cua bCin tuyin nli 80-^120 g/l. Con dli vdi thulc H29 la: chi phi hdn hgp thulc 600^1400 g/t; ning dp pha rdn cua bun tuyin nil 80-5-220 g/l.

• Thi nghiem so sanh giCfa cdc logi thudc tuyin md'i dilu chl so vdi cac loai thuoc tuyin nhap khiu eho kit qua tuang duang, thdm ehi hon hgp thudc mdi dilu chl cdn cho mdt sd chi tieu tdt ban so vd'i thuoc Trung QuIc.

•> Kit qua thi nghiem cho thiy thudc H29 ed hipu qua tuyin tit nhdt va hoan todn cd t h i su dgng vao thyc t l san xuit. Do vgy, cd t h i tiln hdnh trien khai thu nghiem thudc H29 trong dilu kien thyc t l tai Nha mdy tuyin than Hdn Gai d l ed t h i khing djnh duge hieu qua tuyin cua thudc.

Fine coal is treated by flotation at Hdn Gai washing plant using totally imported flotation reagents. In order to secure flotation reagent supply source for the plant, authors of the study were attempted to manufacture domestic flotation reagents. The paper is to presents study results of the study on floation of Hdn Gai fine coal using domestically made flotation reagents. The results of the study show that local made reagents are prosperous and may be used as an alternative supply option. New made flotation reagents may lead to a minimum dependence on imported reagents as well as may reduce production cost of coal flotation.
