Genetic diversity of Mitochondrial DNA of Vietnamese indigenous dog in HaGiang and LaoCai provincce

Pham Thanh Hai and Bui Xuan Phuong 300 tissue samples on 10 breeds of local domestic dog in Hagiang and Laocai provinces was collected and analized the D-loop gene for detecting the genetic diversity of this group. The result of analysis has shown that the diverse of gene D-loop between breed of dog in Hagiang and Laocai such as; Breed of H'm6ng shorttail there are 10 locations mutation and created 8 Haplotype (Hap), Breed of H'mong long tail there are 9 locations mutation and created 7 Hap, Breed of H'mong long hairs hort tail there are 18 locations mutation and created 7 Hap, Vietdingo-16/7, Akita-6/4, Sharki-5/7, Sharpei-7/3, Big dingo-6/5; Laica-8/7; Distance of genetic of domestic dog in Hagiang and Laocai variations between 0.5-0.7%. This distance of genetic has shown that they are very clotherly each other and sustainable. The 3 Phylogenetic tree of total Hap of 10 breed of Dog in Hagiang and Laocai were similar, it shown that the Haps not characteristic for any breed of dog, and all breeds of dog in this area recently have matting each other, so that creates combination between Haps.

1. DAT VAN DE
