ABSTRACT:

This research examines the relationship between delivery service quahty and customer saiisfaction and the relationship between customer saiisfaction and customer loyalty in e-relaiUng. This research u as conducted by analyzing data collected from 384 customers with majority of respondents living in Hai Phong City.

The Exploratorv' Factor Analysis (EFA) and Unear regression analysis reveal tt the dcli\cr\ scr\icc qualil> ptisiiively affects the customer satisfaction and the c er satisfacuon also has a posili\e impact on the customer loyally in e-relailing. Based

findings, the research proposes some imphcations to help e-retailing companies impn customer satisfaction and loyalty.
