Nghien cuu hoat tinh khang khuin djch chilt cua cay Sai dat nhSm ehftng minh vai trfi efta cay trong dilu tri mgt sfi bSnh bang phuang phdp truyen thing. Kit qua cho thdy, dich chilt tft thdn vd Id cda cdy Sdi ddt cfi khd ning khang dugc cac lodi vi khudn Staphylococcus aureus, Seratia marcescens, Sarcina lulea, Escherichia coli trong dilu ki^n in vitro a cdc nfing do tu 2,0-4,0 g/ml.

Hogt tinh khdng khuan cao nhat doi vdi lodi S. lutea, tilp theo Id S. aureus, S. marcescens vd E coli. Hogt tinh khdng khuan tft djch chiet cua la va thdn cay Sai dat khfing chju tdc dfing bdl nhi§t dfi vd hogt tfnh duy tri tren 80% khi xft 1^ d 100°C, trong thdi gian 20 phut.

Ket qud cho thay, cac bfi phan khac nhau cua cay, dich chiet thu dupc cd mdu sdc khac nhau, djch chiet tft thdn co mau nau nhat, dich chiet tu Id co mdu xanh thdm.

Trong khi, hogt tinh khang khuan ciia djch chiet tuoi tft la lan lupt dat 23,7; 25,0 vd 25,3 tuong ung vdi cac ndng dp 2,0; 3,0 va 4,0 g/ml. Nhu vdy, djch chiet tu la sau khi xu ly bdi nhigt dp, hogt tinh khang khuan gidm 8-12%i so vdi dich tuai. Doi vdi dich chilt tu than cua cay Sai dat sau khi xu ly nhiet hogt tinh khang vi khuan Smacescens lan lupt dgt 21,0; 22,3 va 23,0 mm tucmg ung vdi cac nflng dp 2,0; 3,0 va 4,0 g/ml. Trong

Khi tien hdnh xft ly djch chiet tu than va Id ciia cay Sai dat vdi nhigt dp, cho thay hoat tinh khdng khuan ciia dich chiet khdng phai do protein qui djnh md Id do hgp chat thu cap cfi trong cay. Vi khi dun d 100°C, cac protein deu bj bat hoat va khfing the hign hogt tinh.

Trong khi, dich chilt xft Iy vdi nhigt dg vin cdn hogt tinh. Da chung minh d u p c dich chiet tu thdn vd Id cua cay Sai dat cd kha nang khang d u g c cdc lodi vi khuan gram am va gram duong:

S. aureus, S. marcescens, S. lutea, E. coli trong dieu kien invitro d cac ndng dp t u 2,0-4,0 g/ml. Hoat ti'nh khang khuan cao nhat doi vdi loai S. lutea, tiep theo Id S. aureus, S. marcescens va E. coli.

'TNU- University of Education, 'High School of Cam Ly Study antimicrobial activity from the crude extracts of Wedelia chinensis tree to demonstrate the role of the plant in the treatment of diseases by ftaditionai methods. The results showed that the extracted liquid from the trunks and leaves of Wedelia chinensis are resistant to S. aureus, S.

marcescens, S lutea, E. coli in vitro at concentrations ranging from 2.0 - 4.0 grs/ml. The highest antimicrobial activity was found for S. lutea, followed by S. aureus, S. marcescens and £, coli.

The antimicrobial activity from Wedelia chinensis crude extracts of trunks and leaves is not affected by the temperature and the activity retains over 80% at lOCC for a period of 20 minutes.
