ABSTRACT
The leaves oil of Fokienia hodginsii (Dunn) was collected by A. Henry & H. H.
Thomas fi-om Ky Son Districts. Nghe An Province, Vietnam, in May 2014. The oil extract, which is yellow and lighter than water, was isolated by steam distillation and analyzed by Capillary GC/MS. Twenty-seven components have been identified accounting more Ihan 92.67 % of the oil yield The major constituents of this oil are a-pinene (49.11%), limonene (20.59%). fi-caryophyllene (4.38%). P-myrcene (3.62%). /i-pinene (3.27%). a-humulene (2.30%) va germacren D (2.14%).
