2.2. Phirong phap nghien cihi

- Phuang phdp ke thira: Tham khdo tai lieu, phdn tich lya chpn, sii dung cac ket qud da dugc nghidn cuu tren thd gidi va trong nudc cd lidn quan phuc vu giai quyet ndi dung thuc nghiem, nhan xet danh gia kdt qud.

- Phuong phdp thuc nghiim: dugc sii dung la quy hoach th\rc nghi?m don va da yeu td dd gjai quyet cdc ngi dung nghidn ciiu thuc nghidm.

ESTABLISHED PARAMETERS TECHNOLOGY OF WOOD MATERL\LS PROCESSING ON CNC MACHINE CODE SHERLINE 2010

The paper presents results of research on the establishment of technologica] parameters Woodworking on the CNC machine code Sherline 2010 currently used in practice centers of faculty of Electrical engineering and constructirai. Results of experim^lal studies have identified the mathematical equations indicate the influence of the three basic parameters of speed crop mode is cutting speed S, velocity thrust F, depth of cut t to specific processing quality milling with complex shape on small wood samples the accuracy of groove width AB, the fiber scratch T and the burning surface machining R. Specifically, when the depth of cut ( = 1,0 mm: AB^ = 1,039 - 0,024S + 6,25.10''S- - 5,33.10-^ F - 4,5.I0-'SF + 1,4.10"*F-; Tj = 8,524 + 0,1395S - 3,499.10-^ - 6,02.10"¥ - 4,15.10"^S + 1,576.10^^ R, = 2,796 - 4,99.10"'S + 2,437.10'^S- - 1,521F - 2,65.10^FS + 2,959.10'*F^, From the basis of parameters that determine the appropriate processing technologies using Sherline CNC machme code 2010 to practice processed wood materials. From that basis determine the parameters appropriate processing technologies use CNC machine code Sheriine 2010 to practice machining wood materials: 5 = 26 m/min., F ^ 320 -s- 335 mm/min. va / = l.Omm. This result can also be applied effectively on CNC machines and other devices have similar specs to the CNC machine code Sheriine 2010.
