Aims: To evaluate the value of PET/CT In diagnostic and staging of NPC. + Dtfdc chat phdng xa: Dung djch F-18 FOG (2-f]uoro-2-deoxy-D-glueose).
- Benh nhan dtfde tiem F-18 FDG vdi lieu 0,15 - 0,20 mCi/kg can nang (7-12 mCl).
- Tien hanh chup PET/CT sau tiem 45-60 phut:

Ket qua nay phii hdp vdi djeh te hpc chung va cac nghien cifu khac: nghien ciftj eiia Mai Trpng Khoa (2012) ty le nam/ni? la 2,3/1; dp tudi trung binh la 46,1; nhdm tudi 40-60 tudi chiem ty le 55%
