Trong nghien cdu nay, chOng tfli da xfiy dyng duac quy trinh vi nhan gilng loai Luan theio dfl Rotala wallichii vi co dugc mgt s6 so sanh budc diu ve sy thay dli hinh dgng ben ngoai cua loai trong difiu kign in vitro. Trong giai dogn tgo chli cua quy trinh vi nhSn gilng, hifiu qua nhan chli Rotala wallichii dgt tit nhlt trgn mli trudng MS b l sung 1 mg/l BA vdi hfi s l nhSn chli cao (7.08 ± 0,46) va chilu eao chli dat 0,75 ± 0,11 cm. Mdi trudng MS khdng dugc bp sung NAA la moi tnrdng sir dung hifiu qua cho viec tgo re vdi hfi sd tgo rfi (5,94 ± 0,07) va diieu dai re 2,04 ± 0.03 cm. Cac logi gia the cd anh hudng dang ke din sy thay dli hinh dgng bfin ngoai cua Rotala wallichii trong dieu kien nudi cay in vitro. SUMMARY
Shoot lips on ihe water are used as the first materia for micropropagation protocol of Rolala wallichii. This explants are cultured on MS medium plus 30 g/l sucrose; under 16h photoperiod, two factors focused in this research were plant growth regulators (BA, NAA, TDZ, KIN, GAj) and difiercnt substances (liquid without substance, agar, absoiiKnt cotton wool). After 6 weeks, 1.0 mg/l BA - supplemented MS medium is optimal medium for shoot proliferation The shoots grow and root on MS medium without plant growth regulator after 4 weeks culture. The different substance significandy effected on Rotala wallichii shoot forni. Tlie survival rate of plantlets was 100% in ex vitro environment.
