Trong cac chat dinh duong vi luong, kem (Zn) dong vai tro cho su sinh tniong va phat trien ciia cay tr6ng.

Hi$n nay tr^n the gioi, tinh trang thieu kem xay ra d nhieu loai d^t trong tren nhieu cay trong, dac bi^t la cay CO miii. Phun nano kem oxit qua la duoc coi la phuong phap don gian nhung Ijii cd hieu qua d l cung cap lupng VI luong k e m thilt y l u cho cay trong. Nghien cuu nay duoc thuc hien vao nam 2019 nham danh gia hieu qua cua phan bdn nano ZnO toi sinh trudng, phat triln, nang suat va chat luong cam Sanh {Citms nobili^ a Ham Y6n, Tuyen Quang. Trong 1 vu duoc phun nano ZnO voi 4 lieu lugng khac nhau dupc coi nhu 4 cong thuc: 50 ppm 2 n 0 / v u , 100 ppm ZnO/vu, 200 ppm ZnO/vu, 400 ppm Z n O / v u cimg mpt cong thiic ddi chung khong phun nano ZnO. K^t qua thi nghifim cho thay, cong thuc phun 200 ppm ZnO/vu cho cay sinh trudng, phat tri^n tot nhat, nSng suat cao nhat (tang 32,9% so vdi cong thuc ddi chiing). K^t qua nghidn cihi nay co y nghia quan trong trong viec su dung hpp ly phan bon nano ZnO nhSm cai thi§n nSng sudt, chat luong cam Sanh o Vi&t Nam.

2.2. Phuong phap nghidn cihi

- Bd tri thi nghi&m: Thi nghiem dugc bd tri tren vudn cam Sanh trong sSn cua nong dan theo phuong phap ngSu nhifin ddy du gom 5 cdng thirc khac nhau ve nong do nano kem oxit, mdi cdng thiic 5 cay cd kich thudc gan nhu nhau, mdi d 1 cay, cac 6 each nhau it nhat 1 cay, nhac lai 1 lan. Thtri diem hoa no rd dugc tinh khi cd 50% sd hoa tren cay no.

Cac cong thiic bao gom:

Cong tinic 1 (CTl - ddi chiing): phun nuoc la (0 ppm ZnO/vu); Cong thiic 2 (CT2): phun dung dich nano ZnO, 50 ppm ZnO/vu; Cdng thirc 3 (CT3): phun dung dich nano ZnO, 100 ppm ZnO/vu; Cong thiic 4 (CT4); phun dung dich nano ZnO, 200 ppm ZnO/vu;

Cdng thiic 5 (CT5): phun dung dich nano ZnO, 400 ppm ZnO/vu.

- Thdi gian phun: Mn 1 phun sau khi hoa tan, Idn 2 phun each lan 1 la 10 ngay, lan 3 phun khi qua Ion khoang 1 cm. Phun uot toan bg than, la cay cam Sanh khi trdi ram mat.

- Vi^c phan tich, theo doi va chSm soc thuc hifen ddng d6u h-fen vuon thi nghiem theo qui trinh cham sdc cay cam Sanh [1-2].

- Sd Ii6u dugc tong hpp va xu ly thdng ke bang phan m^m Excel va SAS 9.0.

Khdi luong qua tiimg bmh (g/qua): Can mdi cay 30 qua rdi tinh trung binh.

- Cac chi tieu ca gidi qua: dupc theo doi m6i cay 30 qua co kich thuoc khac nhau va d cac vj tri khac nhau trgn cay. Chieu cao qua (cm): Diing thudc kep do tii cudng qua tdi day qua; duong kinh qua (cm):

Do 6-vi tri to nhat qua; ti le an dugc (%): Khdi lugng thit qua/tdng khdi lugng qua; sd hat trung binh tren qua (hat/qua): Dem sd hat ciia tiing qua roi tinh h-ung binh.

- Cac chi tieu v^ sau benh hai: Tlieo doi va danh gia anh hudng cua sau bfinh hai ddn mau ma qua/cdng thiic/gidng cam Sanh.

Cong thuc CT3, CT4 cho thoi gian ra hoa va k^t thiic hoa sdm nhat (sdm hon 2 ngay so voi cong thuc ddi chiing). Cac cong thiic phun nano kem oxit d^u cho ti 16 dau qua cao hon ddi chimg, trong do CT4 (phun 200 ppm ZnO/vu) co ti le diu qua cao nh^t (12,00% d miic dp hn cay 95%). Dieu nay c6 th^

la do CT4 da cung cap vi lupng kem cho cam Sanh

trao ddi chat va tao ra Tritophan (ti^n than ciia auxin) giiip tang ti le dau qua va giam ti le rung qua cua cay [6].

3.2. Anh hudng ciia nano kem oxit d ^ d0ng thii tang tioidng kich thudc qua cam Sanh

Kich thudc qua (the hien bang chi^u cao va dudng kinh qua) la mgt trong nhiing yeu td cau thanh nang suat, anh hirdng true hep den nang suat cam Sanh. Cd nhieu bien phap tac dgng de tang kich thudc qua nhu: gidng, phan bdn, sii dung chat dieu hoa sinh trudng, mat dp trong... trong do bien phip phan bon dupc ling dung kha phd bidn. Nhan xet dugc nit ra tir bang 3: cac cdng thiic phun nano kem oxit cd anh hudng tich cue ddn cdc chi tieu ca gioi qua cam Sanh. Ket qua d bang 4 cho thay cac cong thuc phun nano oxit kem (CT2-CT5) deu cho cac yeu td can thanh nang suat va nang suat qua cao hon cong thiic doi chiing d miic cd y nghia thdng ke vdi do tin cay 95%, ti-ong dd CT4 (phun 200 ppm ZnO/vu) dem lai ket qua tdt nhat (nang suat tang hon ddi chung 32,9%).

Dieu nay chiing td CT4 da cung cap nguyen to vi lugng kem cho cay cam Sanh Ham Yen mot each can doi, phii hgp, giup cay cam Sanh phat trien tdt cho nang suat cao.

3.5. Anh hudng a i a nano oxit kem d^n kha nang chdng chiu sau benh hai cam Sanh

Sau benh luu la mot trong nhtrng nguyen nhan lam giam dang ke nang suat, pham chat va chu ky kinh doanh ciia cam. Ngoai cac yeu td nhu gidng, miia vu thi tan suat va miic do gay hai cua sau benh phu thupc rat Idn vao ky thuat cham sdc cay trdng.

Trong di^u kien sinh thai vimg Ham Yen, Tuyen Quang, tren cay cam Sanh 8 tudi, phun nano oxit kem ndng do 200 ppm ZnO/vu dugc coi la phii hop nhat, cay cho nang suat cao nhat (99,7 kg/cay/vu) va chat lugng qua tdt nhdt.

As an important microelement in the life of cropping plan, zinc has been largely used in various crop over the world in which the spray of zinc nano oxide through leaves was paid great attention because of its simple and effective application. This study auned to detennuie the effechvenss of nano zinc oxide ferUhzer to growth, development, yield and quality of "Sanh orange" cuUivar was implemented in Ham Yen district, Tuyen Quang province in 2019. Results conducted from the study shown diat nano ZnO sprayed at different concentrations gave good unpact to die growth, yield and fruit quality of 8 years old tree of "Sanh orange"

cultivar in which Uie best one was obtained at spraying of 200 ppm ZnO/crop, presented by healthy growth, high yield (132.9% compared to the conUol-no application) and slightly improved quatily.
