Phuong phap phan lap va dinh danh vi khuan tiieo Millar va Frerichs (1993), Buller (2004). 2.3. Phuong phip nghidn cihi - Phuong phap thu dich chidt thao dupc:

+ Ddi vdi Cli tdi: Bdc vd lua, lay cic i n h tdi va nghidn frong eae dung mdi hiiu ca theo ty lg 1:1 (1 g tdi: 1 ml dung mdi), dich niy dugc bao quan 2 gid b nhidt do phdng, lgc qua g ^ . Dung dich chiet dugc sidu am frong 30 phiit d didu kidn lanh.
