Ng^nh san xuit giay va sin phim da noac ta tao ra loang l&n da thuoc phi lieu va vi§c xir ly chung g$p nhieu kho khan. Trong nghien ciiv nay, da thuoc phi lieu doge nghien xe thanh dang xa da co daang kinh 0.08 -^ 0,3 mm, chieu dai 5 ^ 15 mm. Xa da doge tron vai nhua nin epoxy (co cac phu gia) va dagc ep ihanh vat lieu compozit (co ty le xa da/nhga nin khac nhau) vai cac chi do cong nghe ep khac nhau. Cac miu vat lieu compozit dagc thir nghiem do ben dui, do bin uon, do ben va dap. Hinh thai hoc cua v$t lieu compozit doge quan sat bang kinh hiin vi dien tu- quet hieu ong traang (FE-SEti/l). Vat lieu compozit co cac tlnh chit tit v&i ty le pha tron xa da la 40%. Chi do ep vat lieu compozit phii hgp: ap suit ep 5 atm. nhiet dg ep 60 °C va thai gian ep 2 h.

yietnames footwear and leather goods industries generate large amounts of chrome tanned leather wastes and their treatment is difficult. In this study, the dry leather waste was grounded In a hammer miller, to get short leather fibers with a diameter of 0.08 ^ 0.3 mm, length 5-15 mm. Fibers are mixed with epoxy resin (with additives) and pressed into composite materials (with different ration of epoxy resin/leather fibers) by different press technology parameters. Composite samples were tested for breaking strength, bending strength and impact strength. The morphology of the composite material was observed by field effect electromagnetic microscope (FE-SEM). Composite materials have good properties with a leather fibers ratio of 40%. The suitable press technology parameters for the composite are pressure of 5 atm, pressing temperature of 60 °C and pressing time of 2h.

3.2. Kit qua khdo sdt dnh hu&ng cua dp luc, nhiet

3.2.1.
