Hien nay trong linh vuc che bien thiiy san (CBTS) viec sir dung cae chat sat trung cd chiia clo bj kiem soat ngay cang nghiem ngat. Diem co ban ciia quy trinh tdng hgp dung djch pecaebonat trong thiet bj STEL-PEROX la dung djch cacbonat diu vao cd ndng do rat thap (0,4 - l,Og/l), chi tuong duong do khoang hda cua nude an udng.

2. PHAN THtrC NGHIEM Qua trinh tdng hpp dung djch anolit PEROX dugc thuc hien tren thidt bj STEL-PEROX do Vien CNMT thiet kd lip dat dugc the hien tren Hinh 5.
Phd hip thu ciia dung djch anolit PEROX dugc do tren may quang phd UV-VIS GBC Instument-2885.
2.1. Moi tru'O'ng nuoi cay vi sinh
- Cac dung djch sinh li dieu che tii' pepton (Merk);
- Chromocult va SSagar (Merk) lam mdi trudng de phan lap E.coli va Salmonella;
- Mdi trudng PCA (Merk) de phan tich djnh lugng vi sinh.

3.2. Khao sat hoat tinh khang khuan ciia dung djch anolit PEROX
Dung djch anolit-PEROX da duge nghien ciiu boat tinh khang khuan tren mpt sd vi khuan gay benh thudng gap trong che biln thiiy san. Hoat tinh khang khuan in vitro cua anolit PEROX ddi vdi E.coli va Salmonella spp. dugc trinh bay tren bang 3. Ket qua cho thay sau 5 phiit tilp xuc vdi dung djch anolit-PEROX ndng dp 50 mg/l E.coli bj tieu diet hoan toan tren cac mlu huyen phu cd dp pha loang khac nhau, trong khi Salmonella bj vd hieu hda hoan toan sau 10 phut phoi nhiem.

4. KET LUAN
Cac dac tru'ng h'-bda va boat tinh khang khuan cua dung djch pecaebonat thu dupe tren thilt bj STEL-PEROX dugc thiet ke lap dat tai Vien Cdng nghe mdi trudng tren ca sd cac mddun FEM-3 nhap tir LB Nga da dugc nghien eiiu. Sd lieu thyc nghiem thu dugc chi ra rang ndng dp khoang hda cua dung djch dien phan cang thap, dp ben eiia cac phiic peroxocaebonat hydrat hda (aquacomplex) cang tang do chiing cang dugc trung hda dien tich. Nhd vay boat tinh gia ben cua dung djch dugc keo dai dang ke: ORP chi giam khoang 10% va ndng dp cae chat dxy hda - 25%
sau thdi gian bao quan 9 ngay.

SUMMARY
ELECTROCHEMICAL SYNTHESIS AND PERSPECTIVES OF APPLICATION OF PEROXOCARBONATE SOLUTION FOR DISINFECTION IN FISHERY PROCESSING
ENTERPRISES
STEL-PEROX is the latest model among the series of well-known STEL devices which produce electroehemieally activated (ECA) solutions widely used for disinfection in many countries over world, including Vietnam. STEL-PEROX devices stand out as the most effective and environmentally-friendly means against microbes by generating activeted percarbonic acid from highly diluted sodium carbonate solution.
Physico-chemical and functional characteristics of ECA solutions generated on a STEL- PEROX device designed and set up in Institute of Envonmental Technology-VAST using Russian electrolytic moduls FEM-3 have been evaluated. It was shown that this device produces actually non-toxic solutions but highly effective disinfectants that destroy all forms of pathogenous microorganisms such as E. coli Coliforms, Salmonella ete.
The experimental data showed that the low general mineralization of the anolyte PEROX provides a high stability of the molecular complexes which are hydrated, transforming into electroneutral aquacomplexes. That means that the lower the concentration of ions in solution, the greater the stability of the aquacomplexes, hence the longer the bactericidal activity of the anolyte PEROX.
