The steeper the slope of the S-curve, the faster the rate of adoption. According to Rogers, each of the three types of knowledge can be formulated as a question: (1) What is the innovation?
Literature overview
Three categories of knowledge types currently proposed as key in the innovation decision-making process are specific to the innovation, particularly 2. Lee and Coughlin write: “Factors suggest that technology adoption by older adults is not purely technical. topic, but a rather complex question with several aspects" ([15], p. 750).
Research question
However, one should be aware that the term process knowledge may have slightly different meanings in other contexts. For example, in the study of text mining, process knowledge means specific documents used in many processes, for example communication logs and process descriptions [18].
Methodology
In this study, it was decided that the answer categories for all four questions should be the same and that three answer categories could satisfactorily represent the expected answered questions. The response categories for all four questions were "Yes," "No," and "Don't Know," which appear to be response categories likely to be meaningful to the respondent due to the way the questions were worded.
Data gathering
It is important to be aware of the technological issues involved and the fact that some consumers have little or no knowledge of their own television reception. The following method was used for each of the seven surveys: a sample population representative of the Danish population aged 18+, with their own household, was selected at random.
Survey results
Each person in the sample population was then contacted in two ways: 80% were contacted by telephone and 20% were visited at home by an interviewer. If a potential respondent could not be reached or refused to participate, a new potential respondent with the same socio-demographic characteristics was selected and included in the sample.
Findings
After the 15% mark, there is an upward movement in the curve, indicating that when the early majority adopters accept customer participation, knowledge is high. After the 25% mark, there is an upward movement in the curve, indicating that when many majority adopters and laggards are adopting, interaction knowledge is high.
Discussion
It seems that process knowledge can play a role in the diffusion of the innovation process in the middle and late part of the adoption process. It may be relevant to use a differentiated message strategy in communication during the innovation decision period.

Project Communication Management in Industrial Enterprises (Step by Step)
Introduction
Effective communication is one of the main elements of project management, so it is necessary to constantly deal with communication [7]. If the project is to be successful, a certain level of communication is required, which affects the success of the project.
Methods and results
The goal was to analyze how project managers understand the issue of managing project communication in practice. We chose qualitative research on project communication management because it is very good and easily measurable.
Results
Project communication planning is an important process in planning the entire project. The goal of project communication control is to develop a project communication management report that is part of a comprehensive project status report.
Conclusion
Administrative closure is important due to the creation of a large number of documents (written, tables, photographs, audio, etc.) throughout the project life cycle. The use of individual parts of project communication during the management of small, medium and large projects in industrial enterprises (own processing).

Acknowledgements
A workshop with academics, students and representatives of the organization with the main topic (communication in the context of cyber attacks) will take place this year in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. Therefore, CSPs in particular must be prepared to communicate effectively in this challenging environment using the best communication tools and data for the right audience at the right time.
Author details
A platform for communication and training will also be developed and cloud computing will be used for a pilot environment. It is important to ensure that the communication is directed to the right stakeholder group and then to verify that it has been understood. Critical communication platforms, a communication culture, corresponding training support in the event of a breach to limit downtime and injuries are important issues for the authors' further research.

NLP was studied in the context of communication skills based on the comparison of the responses of the managers who attended NLP training and those who did not attend NLP training. We compared the answers of the respondents who have followed NLP training and those who have not followed NLP training.
Discussion and conclusion
The differences in assertiveness between the respondents who attended NLP trainings and those who did not attend NLP trainings were recorded only in some indicators. The results of the analysis of the differences between the managers who attended NLP trainings and those who did not attend any NLP trainings assessing individual items complementing extracted factors also support the presented findings (Tables 8-11) . There is only one case related to the conscious suppression of one's own negative body language signals, from the point of view of which there is no difference between the managers who attended NLP trainings and did not find out.
Conflict of interest
From the point of view of further research, the question of analyzing the connections between NLP and the development of communication competences of managers in the context of personality traits of managers comes to the fore. - Social media pharmaceutical marketing
Therefore, the topic of social media is a high priority of discussion in the business world [16]. The rise of e-communication through social media is changing the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries [27]. Pharmaceutical firms can collect important brand monitoring data through social media platforms and also obtain critical information about consumers [ 13 , 27 ].
Top 20 pharmaceutical companies: empirical evidence on social media
Therefore, regardless of the main research topic, the importance of social media to the pharmaceutical industry is evident, especially for those that clearly focus on the consumer. When the homepage did not have a reference to social media presence, other official company websites (eg company websites in specific countries) were visited and analyzed. YouTube appears to be the most abandoned social media platform, even though the use of video content has increased.

Analysis of GRI Sustainability Reports Issued by Portuguese Public Sector Entities
Corporate social responsibility and corporate sustainability terms
- Corporate social responsibility
- Corporate sustainability
Although SD is a social concept, it is increasingly being applied as a corporate concept under the name of corporate sustainability [41]. In general, corporate sustainability and CSR refer to company activities – voluntary by definition – demonstrating the incorporation of social and environmental concerns into business operations and interactions with stakeholders. And the basic premise of corporate sustainability is that organizations should fully combine social and environmental objectives with financial ones and explain their welfare actions to a wider range of stakeholders through an accountability and reporting mechanism [47].
Sustainability reporting and GRI
- Sustainability reporting: background
- Global reporting initiative
- GRI application level criteria
The clear objective of the GRI is to illuminate and harmonize non-financial reporting [10, 73], and its main activity is to develop and promote a coherent framework for this reporting [78]. The GRI has sought to expand its range (global), scope (social, economic and environmental performance indicators), flexibility (descriptive and quantitative indicators) and stakeholder base (industry, financial sector, accounting, civil society, environmental and non-governmental, intellectual organizations of human rights, labor, among others) [73]. However, Lynch [86] argues that the low level of reporting under the GRI guidelines is disappointing.
The research method
- Background information on the entities in the sample
The GRI argues that SP has a major impact on national and global progress towards SD [92-94]. Organizations can choose to register for the GRI Application Level Check to confirm that they understand the application level system. The study focused on the sustainability reports of Portuguese SP following the GRI guidelines, with data from 2008 and 2012.
Results
- The TBL indicators in the reports
- The GRI application levels
In the 2 years studied, 9 out of the 23 reports from the "transportation" industry chose not to declare their level, 13 declared it themselves and 1 did it through external verification (A+). In 2012, one out of eight entities chose not to declare its level, five declared it themselves and two declared external verification (1 A+ and 1 GRI). A total of 36% of the entities studied chose to self-declare their application level, 33% opted for external verification and 31% not to declare it.
Discussion
Although this verification is not mandatory by a third party, this procedure represents the answer to the demands of stakeholders and strengthens the credibility, reliability and transparency of both organizations and the GRI [98-101]. In fact, CSR public policies adopted by governments to promote responsible and sustainable business practices do not provide an answer to the needs of today's societies nor do they make it possible to address the new challenges facing social management. depth, as Albareda et al. Similar to Lynch [86], it is considered that there is capacity to improve reporting practices and that government leadership and action can be an important driver for the adoption of sustainability reporting.
