This study aimed to evaluate the effects of different methods to supply probiotics into the algae medium (indirect) or cultured tanks (direct supplementation) during seed nursing of clam. Juvenile clams (SL: 11.85 - 0.33mm) were cultured at a density of 40 individuals per lOOL tank. Clams y.-ere fed daily with algae from Tilapia - green water system al the density 10,000 cells/ml. Probiotics containing Bacillus subtillis and Lactobacillus acidophilus are added at 0.5mg/L in seven den- inlei-vals. After 90 da^'s of experiment, the highest sun'ival rate (98.33%,) was observed m direct supplemented treatment, which were significantly different from other treatments tP<0.05). Growth rates of clams in term of length and weight gain also reached the highest values in direct supplemented method. Nghien cuu ndy thuc hien nham ddnh gid hieu qud cua viec bd sung che phdm sinh hpc vdo thuc dn tu nhien (bd sung gidn tiep) hodc vdo be nudi (bd sung true tiep) trong gud trinh uong ngheu. Ngheu gidng Ben Tre vai chieu ddi 1L85± 0.33mm duac bd tri vdo be IDOL vai mat do 40 con/bi. Tinic an sir dung la tao Chlorella tir he thdng nudc xanh cd rd phi vdi mat dg 10000 tb/ml. Che phdm sinh hgc chua vi khudn Bacillus subtillis vd Lactobacillus acidophilus duac bd sung v&i lugng 0.5mg/L v&i chu kS' 7 ngdy/ldn. Kit qud sau 90 ngdy nudi cho thdy ty le sdng cua ngheu dgt cao nhdt a nghiim thuc bd sung true tiip chi phdm sinh hgc (98.33%). khdc biit cd y nghia thdng ke so v&i cdc nghiim thuc khdc (P<0.05). Tdc do tdng tiudng ve chieu ddivd khoi luang ngheu gidng cSng dgt cao nhdt o nghiem thuc bd sung che phdm sinh hgc true tiep vao mdi tru&ng. 2 VAT U E U VA PHlTONG FRAP 2.1 Ngheu gidng va phuang pbap nudi
Nghdu gidng {Mereti-ix lyrata) dugc thu tir huydn Gd Cdng, tinh Tidn Giang, chidu dai nghdu khoing 12mm, khdi lugng 2000con/kg, mat dd nudi Ii 40 con/bd. Thi nghiem dugc bd tri theo 3 nghiem thiic, mdi nghidm thOrc lap lai 3 lin. Cic nghidm thiic dugc bo tri li: Chi cho in tao Chlorella sp (NTl); Cho an tio Chlorella sp cd bd sung che phim sinh hgc 0,5mg/lit bat dau tir khi nudi tao (NT2); Cho in tao Chlorella sp va bd sung chd phim sinh hoc 0,5mg/lit tryc tiep v i o be nudi 7 ngay/lan (NT3). Tao Chlorella sp dugc gay nudi tir hd thong nudc xanh ca ro phi vdi mat dg duy tri la 5x10* — 10x10^ td bao/Ht. Sau do dugc thu hoach cho nghdu an. Nghdu gidng dugc cho i n 2 lan/ngay vao liic 8 gid va 16 gid. Tat ca cac nghidm thirc dugc thay 50% nudc sau mdi 10 ngay dd duy tri chat lugng nude trong qua trinh thi nghidm.
2.2 PhuoTig phap xac dinh mat do vi khuan
Cac chi tidu vi sinh cua mdi trudng bd uang (mat dp vi khuan tdng cdng. Bacillus va Vibrio) dugc xic dinh 10 ngay/lan. Cac dng nghiem chira 9ml nudc mudi sinh ly (0,85%) dugc tidt triing d 121°C trong 20 phiit. Lay 1ml mau nudc nudi cho vao ong nghidm chua 9ml nudc mudi sinh ly, trpn deu dugc ndng do pha loang 10"'.

3 KET QUA VA THAO LUAN 3.1 Bien dong nhiet do (°C)
Trong qui trinh thi nghi?m nhidt do d cac nghidm thurc dao ddng trong khoing 24,1 - 27,8°C vio budi sang v i 26.2 - 29,8°C vao budi chidu. Nhin chung nhiet dp chenh ldch giua buoi sang va chidu trong d cic be khdng qui 2,5°C v i nim trong gidi han thich hgp cho su phit tridn ciia nghdu. Nghdu giong (chidu dai: 11,85± 0,33mm) dat Xy 1? song cao nhat (98,3%) d nghidm thiic c6 bo sung chd pham sinh hpc vao bd uang va rit khac bidt (P<0,05) so vdi khdng bd sung chd pham sinh hpc (76,7%).
