Bai bao trinh bay ket qua nghien ciiu ve kha nang tay trang ciia bpt hifu suit cao tii nguyen lieu co Voi lai Va06. Nghien ciiu su dung phucmg phap thi nghiem chuan trong cong nghe sin xuat giiy, bpt giiy, su dung cac tieu chuin TCVN va SCAN de phin tich danh gia chit lugng bpt giay sau tiy trang. Su dung hoa chit tiy la Hypoclorit Natri va Hydroperoxit voi cong ngh| tiy tring 2 giai doan (H-P), dp trang cua bpt giay co thay d6i ro ret. Voi miic diing NaClO la 5%, nhiet dp tiy la 45°C dp tring cua bpt khi ket thiic giai doan 1 da dat dupe 53% ISO. Ket thiic giai doan 2 vdi che dp tiy trang su d\mg nong dp dich tiy 3 - 4%, nhiet dp tay 80°C da thu dupe bpt CO dp trang 78% ISO. Ket qui nghien ciiu la mpt trong nhiing ca sdr de lira chpn nguyen lieu co Voi lai Va06 lam nguyen lieu san xuit bot giiy co chit luong.

1. DAT VAN DE

Giai doan phat trien hien nay ciia cac cdng nghe che bien sinh khdi (Bioreflneries) cd hai diem dac tnmg, mdt mat la qua trinh tich liiy va phat trien cac kien thiic nen tang, nghien Cliu siu ca che ctia qua trinh bien ddi sinh khdi, nham hoan thien cac cdng nghe thich ilng hien cd. BLEACHING POSSIBLYTY OF fflGH YIELD PULPING FROM MATERIAL VARISME N° 6 (VA06)

This paper presents the results of research on the ability of pulp bleaching performance fi'om hybrid materials V.^06 elephant grass. Reseai'ch used experimental methods in manufacturing technology standard paper and pulp, using ISO and SCAN standards to analyze and assess the quality of the pulp after bleaching. Using Sodium hypochlorite is to bleach chemicals and peroxide bleaching technology vvith 2 stages (H-P). the whiteness of pulp has changed markedly. With tbe use of 5% NaOCl temperature in 45°C whiteness bleaching pulpr at the end of phase 1 has reached 53% ISO. The termination of the phase 2 with bleaching mode used bleach concentration of 3 - 4°/o. temperature SO'C. which was obtained bleaching pulp 78% ISO whiteness. The research results are one of the basis for selecting of hybrid materials VA06 elephant grass as raw materials for producing qualified pulp.
